To prepare for the animal-assisted therapy with dolphins, please download our detailed information as well as our questionnaire. Send the completed documents to us together with a current medical report stating the diagnosis. Please also let us know which therapy center you favor. Your request is non-binding and completely free of charge. Your personal data of course are subject to data protection.
